BiographyFrank Ward is a Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Business at New Mexico State University and the Departmental Coordinator for MS and PhD in Water Science and Management Programs. He holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Economics from Colorado State University. Ward's expertise is water policy. He is the author of numerous journal articles, research reports, and book chapters. Ward has written two books: Valuing Nature with Travel Cost Models. 2000 with D.J.
